What was the cause of the great deluge that has been recorded throughout the world? What connection does it have with the end of the Ice Age that followed? Interesting that these known factors coincide with the supposed sinking of Atlantis. Too many coincidences in time and sequence to ignore, though the scientific world is trying hard to do just that.

This short book, looks at many facts, assumptions and theories and looks to draw a correlation between what is known, what is logical and what may be the truth that so many want to deny.

Atlantis the Deluge and the End of the Ice Age eBook Zarin

Zarin is a self proclaimed physic. He believes in the existence of Atlantis, as an island about three times the size of Cuba located in the Atlantic Ocean, which one day just sank into the ocean. He believes that it existed as it was mentioned in ancient documents. When it sank, it caused a large world wide tsunami. He has a wild imagination.

I was hoping that this book would deal with what information was available about Atlantis. There is no factual information presented in this book.

Atlantis the Deluge and the End of the Ice Age eBook Zarin Reviews

With nothing to back up his claims this is nothing more than a guess - like everyone else has had. Troubling part is the author takes great pains to discredit other theories while admonishing you to believe his to be the only possible answer.
There’s only circumstance evidence, no tantalizing evidences has been discovered. Thus, Atlantis is still a myth in our vivid imagination.
A very generalised view of early history with references to Atlantis. A mix of facts and speculation. Reads like a high school project. There are better books available on Atlantis.
One of Zarin's books was about nine pages with a paragraph for each chapter illustrated by pictures from the net. This is a some improvement.
If you want to seriously study Atlantis refer to Edgar Cayce. Atlantis. An Earth Dwellers return and A Dweller on Two Planets by Phylos, Atlantis Rising by Patricia Cori, Atlantis and the New Consciousness by Wilson and Prentiss and of course, Atlantis by Donnelly, all far more comprehensive.
This was weird. The author does make a couple honestly good points, but he also gets into a lot of weird stuff, like some kind of mysterious crystal he refuses to go into detail about or briefly mentioning something about jaguars. All in all, it was amusing for someone (like me) who is entertained by conspiracy theories, but not particularly convincing.

Scholars of Atlantis won't find much new food for thought, but it's clearly written, well researched, confidently presented. It does, however, bring in some new archeological evidence from Turkey. It has a definite bias against the Catholic Church, which is not surprising these days, but it's coupled with an inexplicable admiration for Islam, which is responsible for more lost history than anyone else. It's a diverting book and doesn't ask for too many leaps of faith or lapses of logic.
Wow. I wasn't sure what to expect when I picked up this book, but it wasn't expecting ~40 pages of conspiracy theories disguised as "facts" and "proof." This book takes all the actual facts surrounding the approximate period of time (roughly 12,000 years ago) and twists them to match the author's theories and assumptions. Plus, we get these vague references to flying machines, aliens, and crystals that are never fully discussed but are meant to persuade the reader that Altantean technology was real and lost forever.
Interesting, and summarizes evidence supporting existence of Atlantis very well. Mainstream archeology is at best a soft science, and has time and again had to revise the timeline of civilization. It would be no surprise to me if civilization were far older than currently believed. However this is no justification for the various far fetched theories about what Atlantis was. Movement of large megaliths does not require mind-powers, aliens, antigravity, and so on - just good engineering and organizational skills which clearly the Egyptians had, so why not Atlantis. Moreover, the British empire ruled large sections of the world using nothing more than wind powered sailing vessels and cottage industry technology.
